Mark D. Lindsay, Appraiser, Chicago Hospitality Consulting Practice
Mark Lindsay is the principal consultant for a small appraisal and consulting business working with large institutional investors on a nationwide basis. He has extensive experience in valuation of institutional quality real estate including office buildings, hotels, retail properties, residential complexes, industrial properties, and commercial mixed-use complexes. He has provided consulting support for potential real estate projects and testified at Board of Appeals hearings. Mark was the senior writing appraiser at previous companies with full responsibility for complex assignments.
Mark Lindsay has over 15 years of varied responsibilities in Real Estate Finance, development, portfolio supervision and appraisal and is experienced in Joint Venture and finance negotiations, Investment analysis and valuation. Mr. Lindsay’s appraisal experience includes a wide range of income producing property appraisals and ad valorem tax appraisals including hotels, office buildings, apartment complexes, service/gas stations, shopping centers, condominiums, industrial and vacant land located throughout the Midwest. Prior to forming LAS, Mr. Lindsay was employed by First Real Estate Services and Koeppel Tener Real Estate Services, where he was the Senior Appraiser.
