EXPERTISE

Jennifer Brenner’s expertise is in hotel consulting with an extensive background in conducting market and feasibility studies.  Ms. Brenner has also conducted a variety of consulting and appraisal assignments for hotels and other hospitality-related facilities.  She has had extensive experience with asset management, representing the owners of the 800-room Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago, IL, over a one-year period. 

EXPERIENCE

Ms. Brenner’s previous experience includes working as an Analyst for E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group and Ernst & Young, LLP, in Chicago, an international public accounting firm.  She also worked as an Associate for Landauer Hospitality Group’s Midwest Hospitality Consulting and Appraisal Practice with Peter Gloodt.  Jennifer Brenner has also had some overseas work experience within the Real Estate and Hospitality Services Group of Arthur Anderson in Melbourne, Australia.  In Melbourne, she primarily specialized in serving the hospitality industry in Australia and continued doing asset management assignments.
